Where We Ship

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order across India, with no minimum order value required.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been packed and handed over to our logistics partner.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or low-connectivity pin codes may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. If you created an account at checkout, you can also track your order from the Orders section in your account.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@tmayee.in with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
