T-Mayee, operated by Trupti Enterprises, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

• Name, email address and phone number
• Shipping and billing address
• Order history and preferences
• Payment confirmation details (we do not store card numbers)

How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders
• To send order updates via WhatsApp and email
• To respond to support and exchange requests
• To improve our products and website experience

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details on our servers at any point.

Consent Records We Keep

When you accept our Terms & Conditions or agree to marketing messages at checkout or when creating an account, we keep a durable record as proof of what you agreed to. That record includes the date and time, the text version you agreed to, your IP address, and your browser's user agent string. We keep this because the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 puts the burden on us to be able to show that consent was actually given, not merely assumed.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share specific pieces of it with the following parties, only as needed to run the store and only for the purpose named:

• Shiprocket Checkout – provides checkout and payment processing. We do not see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
• Our shipping and logistics partners – receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order and provide tracking.
• WooCommerce / WordPress hosting (admin.tmayee.in) – stores your order and account records; this is our own store backend.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity – receive browsing behaviour on our site, only if you accept Analytics cookies in the banner.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) – receives browsing and purchase events for ad measurement, only if you accept Marketing cookies in the banner.
• Resend – sends transactional emails, such as bulk order enquiry confirmations.
• Sentry – receives technical error reports if something breaks on the site, so we can fix it. These reports are about the error, not about you personally.

How Long We Keep Your Information

• Order records: kept for as long as required under Indian tax and consumer protection law, and for as long as needed to handle exchanges, refunds or disputes.
• Account records: kept for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after in case you return.
• Consent records: kept for as long as the order or account they attach to, as proof of what was agreed to.
• Analytics and marketing cookies: as listed in our Cookie Policy.

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time; see “Your Rights” below. We may need to keep certain records, such as invoices, for the period Indian law requires even after a deletion request.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart saved, keep you signed in, remember your cookie choices, and, only with your consent, to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from a child except with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without such consent, contact us at support@tmayee.in and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw any consent you have given, at any time, by emailing support@tmayee.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything already done with your data before the withdrawal, and does not affect our right to keep records that Indian law requires us to keep.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer first (see our Grievance Redressal page for details). If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India, the authority established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, once it is operational and accepting complaints.
