If something has gone wrong and normal support has not resolved it, this is how to escalate. We publish these details as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

What We Commit To

• Every complaint gets a ticket number the moment it is submitted, and we acknowledge it within 48 hours
• We resolve it within 30 days of receiving it
• If we need longer, we will tell you why and give you a revised date

Data Protection Complaints

Complaints about your personal data — access, correction, erasure, or how we have used it — go to the same officer above. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you must raise the matter with us first. If we do not resolve it within the timeline above, you may then approach the Data Protection Board of India.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

You are free to approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or the consumer commission with jurisdiction where you live. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
