Every T-Mayee product is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, each piece takes a little time to produce before it ships.

The product images on our website are visual representations. Real products may have slight variations in color or print placement — this is normal with custom apparel and not a defect.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free on every order across India with no minimum cart value. We reserve the right to update pricing or product availability at any time.

Orders can only be placed through our official website at tmayee.in. We accept payments via Razorpay, which includes UPI, credit and debit cards, wallets and net banking. Cash on Delivery is also available.

Your order is confirmed only after a successful payment or COD confirmation. Please double check your size, shipping address and contact number before placing the order. We are not able to make changes once production begins, and we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect details.

We process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location across India.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS. Delivery timelines can occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience when that happens.

We offer exchanges only. We do not offer returns or refunds. If something is wrong on our end, we will absolutely make it right.

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video, clear images and original packaging. Please check our Exchange Policy for the full process.

Since production starts immediately after your order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. Please make sure everything looks right before checking out.

In the rare case of a technical error or a fulfillment issue on our end, we will cancel the order and process a full refund to your original payment method.

Every design, logo, graphic, image and piece of text on this website belongs to T-Mayee. A lot of thought and work has gone into building this brand, and we take that seriously.
