POLICY
We want every T-Mayee order to be right. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right. Please read this carefully before reaching out.
Important: All products are made to order. We only offer exchanges not returns or refunds. Please read the eligibility conditions below before raising a request.
7 Days from Delivery
All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Any request raised after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
When We Accept an Exchange
- Product damaged during transit
- Product is defective or misprinted
- Wrong design or wrong item delivered
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Product damaged while opening the package
- Products worn, washed or altered after delivery
- Customized or personalized products
- Requests without valid proof
Please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering. Size issues are not eligible for exchanges.
What You Need to Submit
Every exchange request must include all three of the following. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
Unboxing Video
Continuous and unedited. Must start from opening the sealed package.
Clear Images
Clear photos of the defect, misprint or damage on the product.
Original Packaging
The original T-Mayee packaging must be intact and included.
How the Exchange Works
Raise a Request
Email us at exchange@tmayee.in within 7 days of delivery with your order details and all required proof.
Review
Our team will review your request and proof within 2 to 3 working days.
Decision via Email
You will be notified via email whether your exchange request is approved or rejected.
Exchange Processed
If approved, your exchange will be processed. Shipping and reprinting charges may apply depending on the case.
Please Keep in Mind
- T-Mayee reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions above.
- All decisions made by T-Mayee regarding exchanges are final.
- This policy applies to all purchases made on tmayee.in.
- We do not offer refunds or cash back under any circumstances.
