T-Mayee is an Indian streetwear brand built in Odisha. We make bold, comfortable apparel for the new generation. Every product is made specifically for you after you place your order, which means better quality, no leftover stock and a piece that is truly yours.
Every T-Mayee product is made to order. We do not maintain a pre-stocked warehouse. Your order goes into production the moment it is placed, which is why the quality is consistent and fresh every time.
The images on our website are visual representations of the product. Minor variations in color tone or print placement can occur with custom printed apparel. These are not defects. The actual product will be as close to the mockup as possible.
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, wallets and net banking. Cash on Delivery is also available.
Unfortunately no. Since production begins immediately after your order is confirmed, we are not able to cancel orders once placed. Please double check your size, address and contact details before checking out.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location across India.
You will receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
Yes, we ship to all states and union territories across India. Delivery to remote or rural locations may take slightly longer than the estimated timeline.
Shipping is completely free on every order. No minimum cart value, no hidden charges at checkout.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and an SMS update on your registered number. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, reach out at support@tmayee.in
Once your order is dispatched, delays caused by courier partners, weather or regional issues are outside our control. That said, we are always here to help with tracking and support. Drop us a message and we will look into it for you.
We offer exchanges only in eligible cases. If something is wrong on our end, we will make it right.

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video, clear images and original packaging. Read our full Exchange Policy for details.
We are not able to offer exchanges for incorrect size selection by the customer. Please use the size chart on the product page carefully before placing your order. Our products are made with premium cotton blends and are pre-shrunk for minimal size change after washing.

- Record an unboxing video before opening the package fully
- Take clear photos of the damage or defect
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at exchange@tmayee.in with your order number and all proof
We will review your request within 2 to 3 working days and get back to you.
We do not offer refunds. T-Mayee is an exchanges only brand. If your product has an issue caused by us, we will exchange it. For everything else, please refer to our Exchange Policy.
No. Customized or personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Our products are made with premium quality cotton blends, pre-shrunk for minimal size change after washing. We focus on comfort, weight and durability so the fit stays consistent wear after wear.
- Machine wash cold or hand wash
- Turn inside out before washing to protect the print
- Do not bleach or tumble dry on high heat
- Iron on reverse side only
- Avoid direct ironing on the printed area
