At T-Mayee, we believe in delivering premium-quality apparel that reflects bold style and everyday comfort. Since all our products are made-to-order and printed on demand, our Refund & Returns Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and specific.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refund Window

  • Our return or replacement request window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • ❗ Any request made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

You may request a return or replacement only if the product meets any of the following conditions:

  • ✅ The product is damaged during transit
  • ✅ The product is defective or misprinted
  • ✅ You received a wrong design or wrong item (not ordered by you)

Mandatory Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • 🎥 Unboxing video (continuous, unedited, from opening the package)
  • 📸 Clear images of the defect or issue
  • 📦 Original packaging

Requests without valid proof will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • ❌ Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • ❌ Change of mind after placing the order
  • ❌ Products damaged while opening the package
  • ❌ Missing or incomplete proof (video/images)
  • ❌ Customized or personalized products
  • ❌ Products worn, washed, or altered after delivery

📏 Please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering, as sizing issues are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return request and supporting proof:

  • Your claim will be reviewed within 2–3 working days
  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection

If Approved:

  • Prepaid orders (UPI/Card/Wallet):
    Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    You may receive a store credit or discount coupon for future purchases
