Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At T-Mayee, we strive to deliver quality apparel that speaks boldness and comfort. Since our products are printed on demand, returns and refunds are handled with care under specific conditions.

Our return and refund window lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Return

  • To be eligible for a return or replacement, the product must fall under the following:
  • Damaged or misprinted item
  • Wrong design delivered (not ordered by customer)
  • Product received is defective
  • ✅ You must provide:
  • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue
  • Images of the defect/damage
  • Original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Products damaged while opening the package
  • Any product without proof (video/image)
  • Customized or personalized items (as they are made-to-order)

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

✅ If approved:

In case of COD, you may receive a store credit or coupon for future use

Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet) within 7–10 working days

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or UPI account
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact us at support@tmayee.in if it still hasn’t arrived after 10 working days

Replacements / Exchanges

You may request a replacement, but shipping + reprint cost will apply

❌ We do not offer refunds for incorrect size ordered by the customer
