What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and more — all powered by secure Razorpay checkout.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. We’ve kept it hassle-free — just place your order and you’re done.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email from our shipping partner. You can use this link to check the delivery status.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–8 business days after placing the order. Some delays might occur during peak times or festivals.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Yes, we have a 7-day exchange or return policy in case of size issues or damaged products.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Do your clothes shrink after wash?

All our products are pre-shrunk and made with premium quality cotton blends for minimal shrinkage and maximum comfort.
