Are T-Mayee products ready-made or made-to-order?
All T-Mayee products are printed on demand after you place an order. This allows us to maintain quality and reduce overproduction.
How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing time: 1–2 business days
This includes printing, quality check, and packaging
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days
Total time (processing + delivery): 6–9 business days
You’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes ✅
We currently ship across India. Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.
Will the product look exactly like the images shown?
Product images are mockups for representation purposes.
There may be minor color or print placement variations, which are normal in printed apparel.
What should I do if my product is damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Record an unboxing video
- Take clear photos of the issue
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@tmayee.in
What if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional issues.
Once dispatched, delays are outside our control, but we’ll assist you with tracking and support.
